The Biomac Foundation is currently waiting for its approval for non-profit status as well as its tax-exemption ID from the State of California. When the Foundation has been finalized it will serve as the organization responsible for retrofitting and renewing the biometric access control chips in all "smart" weaponry. The profits above its operating costs will be donated to Save The Children Fund.
Until contributions reach the goal of matching our European partner's investment for the research and development phase, all gifts will be held in escrow.
In the event that the budget for R&D is never achieved, the gross amount of contributions collected toward that budget, less Paypal's fee for collecting the contributions, will be donated to Save The Children.
