Jonas McCord: Founder and CEO
a former Wall Street venture capitalist with hands-on CEO experience in manufacturing as well as international finance, is also a dual Emmy, Peabody, and special Academy Award-winning Director/Writer/Producer with over thirty years experience on stage, screen, and television.
As Executive Producer/Writer/ Director of multiple TV series and movies for television, McCord has supervised the production of over 100 hours of television, including Steven Spielberg’s award-winning film “Class Of ‘61” starring Clive Owen, and “Women Of Valor” starring Susan Sarandon.
As a feature film writer/director, McCord’s award-winning film “The Body” starred Antonio Banderas.
From 2001 until present, McCord has produced over five major feature films. The latest, “Ask The Dust,” was co-produced with Tom Cruise, starring Colin Farrell and Salma Hayek.
Prior to his career in Hollywood, McCord founded an injection molding company, Togs, to produce his patented fastener for the garment industry – was Vice President of Vogue/Butterick for American Can, worked on Wall Street with Charles Allen and Company on venture capital projects – and consulted for Fortune 500 companies on new business development.
Hans Schodel, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Biomac Systems, Inc. and CEO, Biomac GmbH
CFO of Biomac Systems and CEO of the Austrian subsidiary, Biomac GmbH, is a graduate of HTBL Ferlach.
He worked for the British army as a civilian gunsmith, before founding an interior design company in Munich.
Over the next sixteen years, from 1984 until 2000, Schödel’s design projects included factory interiors, motion picture film sets, and trade show displays. In 2002 Schödel founded a post-production company for television, as well as a production company for motion picture films.

Age 60, BA, MSc, combines more than 35 years in publishing with many years of experience in technical fields. He is a former vice president of Belvoir Publications, a respected publisher of aviation and marine magazines. Experienced in an array of enterprises, including gene sequencing, satellite telecommunications, streaming video over Internet.
